01Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by Deen Digital ("we", "our", "us"). They are in addition to, not a replacement for, the Apple App Store terms and conditions.
02Apps covered by these terms

Individual apps offer different features. A clause about a feature applies only to the apps that actually provide it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
03Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. We retain all intellectual property rights in the apps, their design, code, audio and content, which are owned by or licensed to Deen Digital and protected by copyright.
04Accounts
Our apps do not require you to create an account. Purchases and subscriptions are tied to your Apple Account. You are responsible for the security of your device and your Apple Account.
05Subscriptions and payments
Some apps offer optional paid features, as auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then shown.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple Account settings.
- One-time purchases are not recurring and do not renew.
- Prices vary by region and may change; you will be told before any change affects you.
Cancellation and refunds
- Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
- Refunds are handled solely by Apple, under Apple's policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly, though we are glad to help with a problem before it comes to that.
06Your content
Content you create, import or select — bookmarks, notes, media files, playlists, routines and similar — remains yours. It is stored on your device, we claim no rights over it, and you are responsible for having the right to use any content you provide. Where an app plays or displays media you supply, it does not host, index or supply that media itself.
07User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use an app for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe anyone's rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law
- Use automated systems to access an app
- Use an app to control, probe or interfere with devices or networks you are not authorised to use
- Misuse religious content
08Religious content (in apps that provide it)
Our apps provide Islamic content for educational and spiritual purposes:
- Content is carefully sourced from authentic references
- We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection
- Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated estimates that depend on your location, the calculation method you select, and your device's sensors
- For matters of religious obligation, please verify with a qualified local scholar
- An app is a tool, not a replacement for religious guidance
8bAI assistants (in apps that offer one)
Some apps include an AI assistant. It is a study aid, and it can be wrong.
Where an assistant runs online, the text of your question is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the answer, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not enter personal, medical or confidential information into it. You remain responsible for what you choose to send.
8cApp blocking and Screen Time (Salah Lock, Reclaim)
These apps block apps you select using Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks. Blocking depends on iOS behaving as documented, and we cannot guarantee that every app will be blocked in every circumstance — iOS updates, device settings and the way you configure a schedule all affect it.
09Device and hardware compatibility (in apps that control hardware)
Hardware manufacturers differ widely by brand, model year and region, and they change or withdraw their network protocols without notice. We support the devices and protocols documented in each app, but we cannot guarantee that any specific device, model or feature will work.
Where an operating system does not permit a capability at all — for example, iOS does not allow third-party apps to mirror the screen to non-AirPlay receivers — our apps say so rather than imply otherwise.
10Advertising
Free versions of some apps display advertisements through Google AdMob:
- Purchasing the paid tier, where offered, removes advertising from that app
- We do not control which specific advertisement you see and are not responsible for third-party advertisement content
- Advertising and tracking choices are described in our Privacy Policy
11Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an app is limited to the amount you paid for that app in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or device malfunction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing affects the statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
13Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use our apps. You may end them at any time by deleting the apps. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms, or for legal or regulatory reasons.
14Apple-specific terms
If you obtained an app through the Apple App Store:
- Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; direct any support request to Deen Digital
- If an app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to an app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you
15Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, continued use constitutes acceptance, and material changes will be notified in advance where practical.
16Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
